Abstract
Dr. Jannis Harjus is a distinguished academic at the University of Innsbruck in Austria and Professor of Romance Linguistics with a specialization in Hispanic Studies. His expertise lies in sociolinguistics, linguistics of varieties, linguistic discourse analysis, and multilingualism research. We thank Dr. Harjus for welcoming the journal Acreditas “For Excellence in Ibero-America” to offer our readers a closer look at one of western Austria’s leading universities in research, teaching, and international cooperation.
